1. Check eSIM support on your device
Before you begin, make sure your device supports eSIM. You can check this in your device settings by looking for the “Mobile Network” or “SIM cards” section. If the device supports eSIM, you will see an option to add an eSIM.
2. Buy an eSIM on our website
Choose the plan you need on our website, pay for it, and after a successful purchase a QR code for activation will be sent to your email.
3. Prepare for activation
• Make sure your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or another mobile network.
• Open your device settings.
4. Add the eSIM on iPhone (for iOS users):
• Go to “Settings” > “Mobile Data” > “Add Plan”.
• Select “Use QR Code”.
• Scan the QR code sent to your email using your iPhone camera.
• After the scan is successful, follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.
• Make sure the new eSIM is selected for mobile data.
5. Add the eSIM on Android (for Android users):
• Go to “Settings” > “Connections” > “SIM cards” > “Add eSIM”.
• Select “Add eSIM using QR code”.
• Scan the QR code you received by email using your phone camera.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.
• Make sure the new eSIM is selected for mobile data.
6. Check activation
After setting up the eSIM, check your internet connection or the ability to make calls if your plan supports it. Make sure the eSIM is selected in your device settings as the primary operator.
7. Additional settings (if needed)
• If you use two operators, such as an eSIM and a physical SIM card, check which operator is used for mobile data, calls, and SMS in your settings.
• You can switch between plans through the settings menu when needed.
8. Done!
You have successfully activated your eSIM and can use internet access, calls, and SMS if they are included in your plan. Your device is connected, and you are online.
